Half Mile Adventures grew from a love of Utah's backcountry and a white FJ Cruiser called the Albino Rhino. Based in Pleasant Grove, Kevin is the person behind the business and the person who will be at the wheel.
A good adventure starts with a conversation: what you want to see, who's coming along, and what feels right for your group. No need to have it all figured out before you get in touch.

to know.
Questions are welcome. The right trip starts with clear expectations.
Can I book an adventure now?
We're accepting inquiries while final launch arrangements, including commercial insurance, are completed. We are not accepting reservations or payments yet. Contact Kevin to discuss your interests.
Who drives? Is this a vehicle rental?
Kevin will drive the FJ Cruiser. Half Mile Adventures is being developed as a private guided experience; customer self-driving and independent vehicle rentals are not offered.
Where do adventures begin?
We're based in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The meeting point and route will be agreed for each confirmed trip. No particular departure location or route is currently offered for instant booking.
Can children join? How many people can come?
Guest capacity, child restraints, seating access and suitability still need to be confirmed before bookings open. Please share your party size and children's ages when asking about a trip. We will not assume every group can be accommodated.
What should I bring, and how demanding is it?
Comfortable clothing, sun protection, water and a camera are a good starting point. Walking, vehicle access and packing needs depend on the selected route. Discuss mobility or accessibility requirements with Kevin before booking.
What if weather or trail conditions change?
Conditions may require a different route, a new date or a cancellation. Final weather, cancellation and refund terms will be provided before bookings and payments are enabled. Off-road travel involves inherent risks.
